The rules

AIFail tells the story of the worst uses of artificial intelligence: hallucinations, absurd automations, runaway chatbots, agents that "clean up" a bit too well, homework handed in with its "Regenerate response" still attached…

1. Tell a story you lived or that is documented (add a source if possible).
2. No personal data, no personal attacks on private individuals. We laugh at situations, not at people.
3. Every post is reviewed by a moderator before publication.
4. Vote ▲ if it is a real disaster, ▼ if it is minor. Rate severity from 1 (awkward) to 5 (apocalyptic).
5. Every month, top-rated posts receive the Gold, Silver and Bronze Fails.

A post that receives 5 reports is hidden pending moderation. All content must stay legal, with no hate or harassment.
